Nurtured by Nesha: Future Nurse Mentorship Program
The Nurtured by Nesha: Future Nurse Mentorship Program is designed to empower aspiring future nursing professionals across all specialties. The program is led by Kenesha Ricketts, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over fifteen years of experience in healthcare. Participants benefit from her extensive expertise in mental health, trauma intensive care units, medical-surgical units, cardiac care, and other healthcare specialties.
This program provides personalized mentorship, educational guidance, and professional development support to help participants advance in their nursing careers. Mentees receive career coaching and mental health support to develop confidence, resilience, and practical skills needed to succeed in the nursing field. Through one-on-one mentorship with Kenesha Ricketts, participants gain valuable insight into navigating challenges, building professional expertise, and achieving meaningful growth as healthcare professionals.
The program is completely free, making it accessible to all aspiring nursing professionals. In addition, scholarship opportunities and funding may be offered when available to further support participants in pursuing their educational and professional goals.
